MBA Tournament Entry

Entries may be paid via PayPal. Please add $2.25 per entry to
cover the service fees. Send your payment to bowl@mba300.com

If you experience any trouble simply send an email to

Remember: Deadline for check-in is 30 minutes prior to the start
of your shift if PRE-PAID, 45 minutes prior to start of shift if
paying the day of the tournament.
A $10 fine will be assesed if these check-in times are missed.
If you cannot make it you must cancel your entry
or a $20 fine will be assessed.

No entries will be accepted after 9:15AM.
