Dear Members:
Our next tournament is at Regal Lanes on February 18th. Keep in mind that if
you wish to bowl in the Championship tournament in May you must bowl in 4 other
events, excluding the Masters, between September and April. If you haven’t
bowled in 4 other events then you can still enter by paying an increased entry
fee. If you have bowled in every event your entry fee will be discounted. Lastly,
you must bowl in 5 events, again excluding the Masters to be eligible for the
Bowler of the Year prize list.
We had 98 members participate at Signature Lanes this month, prize fund was
nearly $5,000. Thanks to Denver Anthony and his staff for hosting us this year.
We had four 300’s shot: Mike English, Jason Utter, Rich Hughey and Ron
Jonas. Ron also shot an 813 series and Randy Harvey converted the 7-10 split
on his way to his 7th title.
